HSE is how we run work

Heavy industrial work is unforgiving. Our program is built on planning, qualification, discipline, and the authority to stop.

01The program

Four pillars, every site

01

Plan the work

Every scope gets a site-specific HSE plan and job hazard analysis before mobilization — lifting plans, hot work controls, confined space procedures, and rescue plans where required.

02

Qualify the people

Only trained, current-carded personnel perform safety-critical work. Welder, rigger, and equipment operator qualifications are verified before anyone touches the job.

03

Control the site

Permit-to-work, lockout/tagout, and daily toolbox talks are not paperwork — they are how each shift starts. Supervisors walk the job; conditions get corrected, not tolerated.

04

Stop when it's wrong

Every person on our sites carries stop-work authority. No schedule pressure overrides an unsafe condition — work resumes when the job is safe.

“Every person on our sites carries stop-work authority. No schedule takes priority over a safe job.”
